The Gold Willig aged Gouda cheese from Henri Willig is the older variant of our young, natural Gouda. This traditional cow's cheese matures for about 4 months, developing a fuller, slightly spicy, and more intense flavor than young Gouda. Thanks to the protective paraffin layer, the cheese remains wonderfully soft and creamy in texture while still being easy to slice. Perfect for anyone who appreciates authentic Dutch cheese with character. Serving suggestion This aged Gouda reveals its full aroma at room temperature.
