This cheese is the aged version of our young natural Gouda. This cow's milk cheese has been aged for about 4 months and therefore has a slightly sharper taste than young Gouda cheese. The texture is soft and creamy, and the cheese is still easy to slice.
Disclaimer:* This is the approximate weight that we will send to you. The whole cheese weighs between 4 kg and 4.5 kg, depending on the degree of ripeness. We cut our cheeses in the traditional way - by hand - into 8 equal pieces of about 0.5 kg.
